1、 Introduction:

2、 Application scope:

3、 Working principle:
Using extremely strong torque, the torque can reach 4000N/m, and adopting a fully enclosed mode for conveying, the conveying effect is excellent, and the material will be conveyed to the user's designated position in a short time.
After feeding the material through the bottom feeding port, start the main motor of the WLS shaftless screw conveyor. The main motor provides power to the reducer, which has two types: cycloidal pin reducer and shaft mounted hard gear reducer. Both of these can provide strong and stable power, making material transportation more efficient, fast, and safe.
The entire WLS shaftless screw conveyor is capable of conveying materials at a large angle, lifting them up to a height through a spiral and then evenly feeding them into the desired mechanical equipment. Among them, the discharge port is also a very important part. The discharge port has various shapes, but generally circular and square are the main ones. When users need to transport materials with special shapes, they need to change the shape of the discharge port, which can be arbitrarily changed to the shape required by the user.
The conveying process of the entire WLS shaftless screw conveyor is very efficient, fast, smooth, safe, and automated. Users only need to fill the material into the bottom hopper and start the machine. The material will be automatically lifted into the conveying pipeline and spiral lifted along the pipeline until it reaches the top discharge port and is discharged.
